1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing vividwood.site or purchasing services from Vividwood Oratory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Services

We provide public speaking coaching and training programs delivered online, in-person, or in hybrid formats. We may update offerings without prior notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.
• Refunds: 100% if requested 7 days before the first session; 50% within 7 days; non-refundable after attending the first session, except where required by law.

5. Rescheduling and Attendance

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows may be charged in full.

6. Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment. We may suspend or terminate access for harassment, abuse, or disruption.

7. Intellectual Property

Content, materials, and curricula are owned by Vividwood Oratory or licensors and are provided for your personal or authorized business use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Coaching effectiveness depends on individual effort, context, and practice. Services are provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vividwood Oratory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes
